Purchased in 2003 by Alan Hedrick and Tom Love, Gobbler Ridge has been thought of as many different things throughout the years. A family destination for Easter and Thanksgiving, a great place to hunt, a place for a good meal around a campfire with close friends, but most of all a peaceful retreat from the daily grind.
In recent years, Tom Love has covered areas of GRF into a disabled veterans wildlife facility. He has spent hours working to prepare handicap accessible blinds, upgrading different parts of the cabin and planted an abundance of food plots. Gobbler Ridge is a special place for many people. To sum it up, "the farm" is friends, family and the great outdoors.
